Why including Sicily?

I was 19 years old when I decided to flight to Palermo as a short break before moving to the US, to attend my first year of University.

When I landed on Palermo airport, I had the strong sensation to be landed in a different world,

so different from my cozy Tuscany.

An explosion of colors, lights and scents. People speaking loudly, noises, traffic, contrast of colors and architecture.
