Strong connection ties between Sicily and Greece!

Sicily was known as The Magna Grecia since when Greeks settled down in the eastern side of Sicily, founding colonies in the VIII century B.C.

So, Greek Temples and theaters, in the amazing archeological sites in Sicily, are very familiar to me.

Anyway, I loved to see the original Greek architecture and Athen is the mother land. My experience in the famous Acropoli has been unforgettable; the imposing Partenone Temple made me understand the temples in Sicily, and how Greek culture was so forehead at that age.

Once I visited Greece, I can better appreciate the amazing Greek sites in Sicily .. and I can tell you .. nothing to regret!
